We are the direct contact for the tenants from the time they negotiate a lease through their entire lease term.

We conduct frequent walk-throughs of the buildings and are in daily contact with maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, and many other vendors to ensure that the needs of the building owners and tenants are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
